LIMITED SCHEDULE

2020
Pool Season – Pandemic Related Guidelines

The Board has done their best to help create a pleasant but safe experience this summer for everyone. The following guidelines have been developed for the safe opening of the pool this summer. The most important factor will
be every individual's responsibility to have mutual respect, patience, and compliance with the guidelines. These are not punitive measures. Pool safety is not possible without everyone's commitment to social distancing practices. These guidelines are designed to keep residents and staff as safe as possible while here and minimize the chance of spreading illness to the community. So, when visitingthe pool, please be considerate of your fellow community residents and staff by following these guidelines as you enjoy the pool.

These guidelines are intended to balance safety and ability to use the pool. There may be times that maintaining social distancing will be impossible around the pool. Our guidelines are not foolproof, and you need to make your own
decision regarding the risk.

2020 Pool Guidelines

1. Maintain social distancing (6 ft) where possible when walking around the pool area and
restrooms.

2. Everyone over the age of two (2) must enter with a mask on. Masks must be worn
when using the restroom and when social distancing is not possible.

3. Guidelines are for no more than twenty-five (25) to occupy the pool area at any one time. If we are at capacity and new members
show up, the Pool Monitor may ask for volunteers to leave to make room. Your flexibility in these circumstances will be appreciated by your neighbors
and the management.

4. Community ID wrist bands will be required for access to the pool and will be checked by
the Pool Monitor. You should always bring them with you to ensure access to the
pool. Wrist bands are not transferable. Please try to limit the pool use to
members and residents to ensure fairness to all.

5. Sign-in:  You will need to check your party in with the Pool Monitor when you arrive. We are trying to remove
common points of contact.

6. Outdoor furniture will be available. Picnic Tables will be spaced six (6) feet apart.

7. Pool steps must be clear of people i.e. no sitting on pool steps.

8. Some families are comfortable being together without social distancing. This is allowed if the group is not larger than ten (10) people and is socialdistancing from other people.

9. All existing pool rules are still in effect.

10. The staff reserves the right to eject any member that does not observe the existing rules as well as the current guidelines needed to operate
the pool during the pandemic.

11. Changes to these guidelines and hours of operation may occur at any
time. Changes may be made to ensure
the memberships safety based on the latest state regulations and/or to ensure
greater cooperation in observing the guidelines.
